Description

The TLV61225 device provides a power-supply solution for products powered by either a single-cell or 2-cell alkaline or NiMH, or 1-cell Li-primary battery.

Possible output currents depend on the input-tooutput voltage ratio.

  • 1 Up to 94% Efficiency at Typical Operating Conditions.
  • 5-μA Quiescent Current.
  • Operating Input Voltage from 0.7 V to 3.3 V.
  • Pass-Through Function During Shutdown.
